My name is Laura Noval and I am an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Rennes School of Business in France. Before that, I was an Assistant Professor at Imperial College Business School, where I am still a Visiting Researcher.

Before obtaining my PhD, I had gained extensive international professional experience in Argentina, the United States, France, Austria and Germany. I was named one of the Top 40 under 40 business professors across the world by Poets&Quants in 2020. 

My research interests lie within the fields of Organizational Behavior and Behavioral Business Ethics, and my research is mainly focused in exploring affective, cognitive, and motivational processes in ethical decision making in organizations.
